This piece is one that’s very important to me as it changed the way I thought about photography as an art form. I took it late last summer while I was on a trip to Chicago with my family. The way this was plastered onto the brick stuck me as curious. Usually I had seen art like this displayed through more permanent methods, but this one's message seemed as if it would be temporary. And so, I decided that I wanted to capture it as a secondary form of art. I chose to tilt the frame to the left instead of orienting it vertically because it seems more real and less like documentation that way.
